This online wizard will help you pre-test your PC for the Qualmeeting Session to ensure your Webcam is ready to use in your session.
Before you go any further, make sure you have done the following:
- If you are using the webcam sent to you as part of this study, have the install disk and cables ready to plug into the PC (but don't plug them in yet...).
- If you are using your own webcam, make sure any instant messaging software that might also be using the camera is disabled. Also, make sure your webcam is plugged in and working properly.
